Horticultural Sales Advisor | Hertfordshire | £DOE + Benefits The Role We're looking for a Horticultural Sales Advisor with strong horticultural and tree knowledge to join an established and award-winning nursery in Hertfordshire. You'll work closely with customers visiting the nursery, as well as handling enquiries by phone and email. You'll advise on tree and plant selection, planting schemes and the practicalities of supply, delivery and planting, while preparing quotes and ensuring excellent follow-through from enquiry to completion. This role is for someone who combines horticultural expertise with commercial awareness, enjoys building customer relationships and is confident developing new business. About You We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about horticulture with strong tree knowledge Commercially aware, with experience of sales and/or business development Confident communicating with customers face-to-face, by phone and email Organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working under pressure with excellent attention to detail IT literate with strong administration skills Committed to providing excellent customer service Garden design experience and the ability to read plans would be a strong advantage.What's on offer?
