They\’re on the lookout for a dynamic Head of People who can shape and lead their people agenda across the UK. You\’ll drive key people initiatives from talent development to DE&I, all while ensuring the business continues to thrive through its greatest asset-its people. What you\’ll be doing: Lead and deliver a people strategy that aligns with business goals, culture, and values. Inspire and manage a dedicated People team, ensuring day-to-day operations support an engaged and high-performing workforce. Partner with senior leaders to implement initiatives that build a positive, inclusive, and progressive working environment. Champion recruitment, retention, and talent strategies, ensuring the business attracts and keeps the very best. Embed key initiatives including diversity, equity & inclusion, employee wellbeing, sustainability, and local community engagement. Drive impactful development through learning, performance management, and recognition programmes that genuinely engage people. Maintain compliance with employment law, policies, and HR best practices. Use people data and insights to inform decisions, spot trends, and proactively improve business performance. Manage the people budget, including forecasting and cost control.Is this you? Proven success in a senior HRBP or People Manager role, ideally in a fast-paced or evolving environment. CIPD Level 7 qualified (or actively working towards). A commercially focused, solution-led approach with strong judgement and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and evolving HR practices. First-class interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. Discretion, integrity, and a values-driven leadership style. Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools. Flexibility to travel to sites across the UK when needed.Why join?
