Are you a commercially minded trader ready to make your mark in the UK\’s agricultural supply chain?

A leading player in the global arable grains industry is seeking a Grain Trader to join its growing team in Norfolk.

As part of a respected grain trading business group backed by one of Australia\’s largest grain and commodities companies, you\’ll help shape trading strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive value across end-to-end supply chains across the UK.

What you\’ll do:

Develop and execute trading strategies for key commodities within domestic and export markets

Manage risk, pricing, and market exposure to maximise margin performance

Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, domestic end users, and global trading partners

Monitor market trends and deliver insightful commercial analysis to guide decision-making

Import and manage distribution of commodities

What we\’re looking for:

Experience in grain or commodity trading (ideally 5 years+) , with a deep understanding of market drivers and supply chain dynamics

Strong analytical and commercial acumen

A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to make confident trading decisions

Excellent communication and relationship management skills
