A leading player in the global arable grains industry is seeking a Grain Trader to join its growing team in Norfolk.
As part of a respected grain trading business group backed by one of Australia\’s largest grain and commodities companies, you\’ll help shape trading strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive value across end-to-end supply chains across the UK.
What you\’ll do:
- Develop and execute trading strategies for key commodities within domestic and export markets
- Manage risk, pricing, and market exposure to maximise margin performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, domestic end users, and global trading partners
- Monitor market trends and deliver insightful commercial analysis to guide decision-making
- Import and manage distribution of commodities
What we\’re looking for:
- Experience in grain or commodity trading (ideally 5 years+) , with a deep understanding of market drivers and supply chain dynamics
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to make confident trading decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
