You will join two high performing teams and gain exposure to a wide range of work, from major infrastructure schemes to hands on commercial property management across a varied portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects across multiple sectors
- Getting involved in every stage of the project lifecycle - land referencing, survey access, securing consents, and assisting with compensation matters
- Working closely with property owners, asset managers and tenants
- Assisting with day to day commercial property management, including compliance, service charge administration and client reporting
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Travelling to sites across the region and occasionally further afield
- Developing your technical and professional skills through a structured graduate programme
