The Scotland Rural Agency team, based in Edinburgh, specialises in the sale and purchase of farms, estates and other rural properties. The team works closely with our agents in Dumfries, Aberdeen to deliver expert advice and results. Clients range from working farmers to corporate bodies, reflecting the evolving and diverse nature of the rural market in Scotland. The Role Build a strong pipeline of rural agency work by generating pitch opportunities and securing instructions. Prepare pitch documentation and reports; produce high-quality brochures and marketing materials. Deliver strategic, targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Qualify buyers, negotiate sales and manage applicant matching via REAPIT CRM. Provide exceptional client care and communication throughout the transaction process. Initiate and organise business development and networking events. Promote cross-selling opportunities across Savills divisions. Follow agency compliance processes and requirements Maintain and grow Savills\’ market share in Scotland by developing and leveraging personal and professional contacts.Experience MRICS qualified Experience within sales and negotiation of rural property Ideally across Scotland regions Skilled in building new business and commercial accumen If this sounds like the role for you then click apply now.
