What you’ll be doing:
- Expanding grain and specialist crop contracts and purchasing across your region by increasing contracted area/tonnage.
- Building long-term grower relationships that really count by actively identifying business opportunities.
- Spotting commercial opportunities and feeding market insights back into the team.
- Negotiating prices, contract terms, and forward agreements.
- Providing expert on-farm support with confidence.
- Helping drive business development and future growth.
