An established and progressive farming business is looking for an Experienced Tractor Driver to join its Farm Operations team. This is a varied, hands-on role working across vegetable and arable rotations, with access to a modern, high-specification machinery fleet and precision farming technology. You'll play an important role across cultivations, crop establishment, harvest support and haulage, operating modern, high-horsepower tractors and heavy cultivation equipment. Supporting planting, crop establishment and harvest operations Haulage and general field operations Maintaining accurate field and operational records Working closely with farm management and workshop teams Working flexibly during peak seasonal periods We're looking for an experienced tractor operator with a strong practical and mechanical aptitude, who takes pride in their work and machinery.
