An established and progressive arable farming business in Lincolnshire is seeking a Trainee Farm Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their agricultural career and develop towards a future farm management position.

Working alongside an experienced Farm Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of a modern farming operation, gradually taking on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence grow. The farm business operates approximately 1000 hectares and grows a range of combinable crops and sugar beet. The business is committed to innovation, precision agriculture and continuous improvement, while also developing complementary non-farming enterprises that make use of existing infrastructure and services.
