- Taking full ownership of production line performance, ensuring consistency and target achievement.
- Leading the introduction of new machinery, from installation to proper embedding and operation.
- Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track, aligning timelines, costs, and expectations.
- Supporting the setup and launch of new equipment, ensuring proper testing and stable handover into production.
- Driving performance of new lines, focusing on quick ramp-up in output, quality, and reliability.
- Analysing downtime to understand root causes and implementing lasting solutions.
- Identifying production bottlenecks and delivering improvements for noticeable output increases.
- Partnering with engineering to enhance long-term reliability through proper planning.
- Finding ways to improve daily line operations, including changeovers and general flow.
- Maintaining visibility on performance and project progress to identify what works and what needs attention.
- Acting as a liaison between engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment.
