Technical Support Administrator

Are you organised, proactive and ready to get stuck into a role where no two days are quite the same? Fancy building your experience in the world of food, fresh produce and technical compliance?

We're looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join a busy technical team, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes - from customer queries and product specifications to quality data and improvement projects.

You'll be joining a fast-paced fresh produce environment where food safety, quality and customer standards really matter. If you love keeping things in order, spotting the details others might miss and making life easier for the wider team, we'd love to hear from you!

What will you be getting stuck into?

  • Data & Reporting: Track technical KPIs, complaint trends and shelf-life data, turning information into useful insights.
  • Customer Support: Help manage customer returns and queries, using trends to support ongoing quality improvements.
  • Specs & Artwork: Keep product specifications, artwork and new product paperwork accurate and up to date.
  • Reports & Presentations: Prepare crop reports, presentations and key documents for internal and external teams.
  • Teamwork: Join availability meetings and work closely with different departments to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support specification reviews, audits, technical projects and initiatives that help things run even better.

What are we looking for?

You don't need to know everything already - but you do need to be organised, switched on and keen to learn!

  • Experience in administration, coordination or technical support would be ideal.
  • Experience in food, FMCG, retail or supply chain would be a bonus.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.

What's in it for you?

This is more than an admin role. It's a chance to get behind the scenes of a fast-moving fresh produce operation and build valuable experience across technical, quality, customer compliance and product development.

The perks include:

  • Monday-Friday working, 40 hours per week.
  • 31 days' holiday, including bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Health cash plan and wellbeing support.
  • Discounts on cinema, supermarkets and lifestyle brands.
  • Regular social events and opportunities to learn and develop.

Ready to grow your career?

If you're a detail-loving organiser who enjoys working with people, data and documents - and you're ready to take the next step in your career - this could be just the opportunity you've been looking for.
