We're working with a progressive, family-run farming business in Cambridgeshire that's looking for an Arable Operator to join its team. The business farms around 6000 acres, so this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and being part of a busy farming operation. Whether your strengths are drilling, spraying, cultivations, harvest or general tractor work, there's scope to find the right fit. The role will also involve providing relief across the operation, so flexibility and a willingness to muck in are important. You'll support the day-to-day running of the farm, working across different areas of the arable operation depending on your experience and the needs of the business. Drilling, cultivations and spraying, depending on your experience. General tractor and machinery work. Harvest and forage operations. Providing relief and cover for other members of the team. Helping with general farm jobs and keeping machinery in good order. You'll be working with a modern, well-maintained fleet and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
