I'm partnering with a well-established and growing fresh produce business that is looking to strengthen its planning function with the appointment of a Planning & Supply Coordinator. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just maintaining spreadsheets and schedules - they are looking for a person who can take ownership, influence decisions, and help shape the role as the business continues to evolve.

Working at the heart of the operation, you'll be responsible for turning customer demand into realistic and achievable plans, ensuring product availability while maximising efficiency and reducing waste. What you'll be doing:

  • Managing demand forecasts and maintaining accurate short and long-term planning schedules.
  • Translating customer requirements into production and supply plans.
  • Identifying potential supply challenges early and working with key stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Supporting commercial decision-making through data analysis, reporting and planning insights.
  • Tracking key performance measures and highlighting opportunities for improvement.

  • Previous planning experience within food manufacturing, fresh produce, FMCG, supply chain or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A data-driven mindset.
  • Confidence working with Excel and planning or ERP systems.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across different departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Someone who can remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how planning decisions impact service levels, cost and waste.
  • A proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership and making continuous improvements.

What's on offer:

  • Competitive salary package.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Medical cash plan.
  • Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Life assurance.
  • Retail and leisure discount platform.
  • Company pension with employer contributions matched up to 5%.
