The Role
No two days are the same. You'll manage your own client base while delivering a broad range of professional rural surveying services, including:
- Rural valuations and professional advice
- Sales and lettings of rural property
- Estate and land management
- Infrastructure and renewable energy projects
- Rural diversification opportunities
- Working alongside planning and rural grants specialists on multi-disciplinary projects
About You
You'll ideally have
- MRICS and/or CAAV qualification (or be working towards CAAV)
- Around 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of rural property and agricultural businesses
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- The ability to manage your own workload and deliver outstanding service
