About the Role

As District Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of several grooming salons, ensuring each site delivers exceptional service, maintains high operational standards and achieves its commercial objectives. You will lead and support salon teams, recruit and develop colleagues, monitor performance and help drive business growth across your region. This is a hands-on management role, so alongside coaching and supporting your teams, you will continue grooming where required, leading by example and providing practical guidance.
