In this role, you will support the coordination of supply chain activities to ensure product availability, accurate inventory management and efficient logistics.
Responsibilities
- Managing inventory levels, storage coordination, packing and distribution.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and customer forecasts.
- Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Coordinating inbound deliveries, transport, documentation and customs clearance.
- Communicating product requirements.
- Supporting and working with inventory systems.
- Working closely with sales, supply chain and operational teams to ensure customer demand is met.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and supply chain efficiency.
- Building strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
What I’m Looking For
- Experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory coordination.
- Experience within fresh produce or other perishable food industries.
- Experience working with ERP systems/Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
