The Role
- Carry out spraying across multiple sites in Kent and Essex
- Maintain chemical and fertiliser stores and stock lists
- Tractor work including cultivations, bed making, drilling, and fertilising
- Winter work includes plant maintenance, general farm tasks, and occasional packhouse/delivery support
- Applications planned by agronomists - you’ll ensure accurate and timely execution
About You
- Ideally 3+ years’ spraying experience (PA1, PA6 preferred)
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Independent, reliable and happy working on your own
