Compliance & QA Technologist (Food)

Compliance Technologist – Ethical & Sustainability Focus Are you passionate about ethical trade, sustainability, and driving real-world change in the fresh produce industry? We are on the lookout for a Compliance Executive to join the Technical & Buying team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in ensuring sourcing and supply chain meet the highest ethical, compliance, and sustainability standards. Maintain and update compliance documentation in line with retailer requirements. Oversee ethical compliance across the supplier base – from due diligence to Sedex verification and SAQ completion. Manage ethical audits and risk assessments, ensuring critical issues are followed up and resolved. Liaise with packhouses, suppliers, and internal teams to uphold compliance at every step. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in the fresh produce industry and knowledge of compliance systems.
