Christmas & Outdoor Leisure Supervisor Hours: 40 hours/week (Alternate weekends) Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Location: Newbridge We\’re looking for a talented retail supervisor/team leader to support the Christmas & Outdoor Leisure department at a well-established garden centre. This is a great opportunity to step into a key seasonal role with a leading and fast-growing garden centre group. About the Role: You\’ll help oversee two key seasonal departments – Outdoor Leisure from spring through summer (furniture, BBQs, etc.) and Christmas from autumn through winter. This is a varied, active role that mixes great customer service, product presentation, and stock management throughout the year. Responsibilities: Support the daily running of the Christmas & Outdoor Leisure departments Supervise and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service Help manage stock levels, merchandising, and seasonal displays Maintain high retail standards and ensure the shop floor is safe and well-organised Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and team support What We\’re Looking For: Retail experience, ideally in a garden centre or similar environment Confident supervising others and comfortable in a customer-facing role A practical mindset and strong attention to detail Experience with stock handling and visual merchandising Flexible and team-oriented, especially during seasonal peaks What\’s on Offer: Staff discount Pension scheme Paid holidays Career development within a growing business Free on-site parking Interested?
