What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll lead trade sales on a busy plant centre, managing enquiries, preparing quotes and building strong relationships with landscapers, designers, developers and commercial clients. This is a hands-on, proactive role where you’ll be the face of the business for local trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business with landscapers, garden designers, venues (think golf courses & local hotels) and commercial clients
  • Build long-term relationships with trade and retail customers
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations
  • Manage incoming enquiries by phone, email and in person
  • Visit customer sites to scope projects and understand requirements
  • Work closely with production and suppliers to understand stock availability
  • Track sales activity and support revenue growth across both retail and trade

What Do You Need?

  • Proven sales or account management experience
  • Strong new business development skills and commercial awareness
  • Confident preparing quotes and communicating with customers
  • Self-starter mindset - this is a brand-new role you can shape
