This is a long-term opportunity offering real progression within a supportive and ambitious environment.

  • £30-32k, dependent on experience
  • Full-time working week
  • Company van (yard-based use)
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Clear pathway into a more senior operational role
  • Opportunity to take on increased responsibility as you progress
  • Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing business

  • Deliver work to a consistently high standard
  • Carry out a wide range of practical maintenance tasks
  • Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Support and mentor team members
  • Assist with planning and organising daily workloads
  • Begin to support site visits, client communication, and quoting
  • Contribute to improving processes, efficiency, and team performance

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a practical, outdoor or trade-based role
  • Confident using tools and equipment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Natural leadership ability or supervisory experience
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Motivated to grow into a more senior role over time
  • Horticulture experience is beneficial but not essential

If you're looking for a role where you can stay hands-on while developing your career into a more senior position, I’d be happy to discuss this opportunity further.
