We are seeking a commercially minded and people-focused General Manager to lead a successful and well-established independent garden centre. The Role

As General Manager, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to oversee all aspects of the garden centre, ensuring profitable performance while maintaining exceptional standards across retail operations, customer experience, and team development. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the business while also contributing to long-term strategic planning, commercial success, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary management team across the garden centre.

  • Undertake Duty Manager responsibilities when required, including alternate weekends.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, business improvements, capital investments, and future growth opportunities.

About You
