As Retail Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and overall performance of the store, while also supporting the wider retail operation in other locations when required. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be visible on the shop floor, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and leading your team from the front. You'll play a key part in delivering strong commercial results, efficient operations, and a consistently excellent customer experience.
- Plan and drive sales activity to improve overall store performance
