Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you'll play a key role in leading manufacturing operations across Treatt's UK site. You'll work across production, engineering, quality, HSE and supply chain functions to drive performance, improve capability and support the continued growth of the business.

We're looking for someone with potential, ambition and leadership capability. You may already be operating as a Production, Manufacturing or Operations Manager within a manufacturing or process environment and be looking for the opportunity that will accelerate your career. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A strong understanding of manufacturing operations and how high-performing production environments operate.
- Experience leading teams and driving improvements in operational performance.
- The ability to work effectively across engineering, quality, HSE and supply chain functions.
- A natural curiosity for solving problems and improving processes.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.

- An engineering degree or strong practical engineering knowledge gained within an operational environment would be highly desirable.
- A background in food, ingredients, chemicals, beverages, FMCG or another process manufacturing environment would be advantageous, although we're open to a range of manufacturing backgrounds.
This is a genuine career accelerator. You'll join a highly regarded manufacturing business where you'll gain exposure well beyond a traditional manufacturing management role, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to the future direction of the site. For someone with the drive, capability and ambition to progress, the role offers the chance to develop into broader operational leadership and future General Management opportunities within a growing international business.
If you're ready to step beyond your current role and take on a position with greater visibility, responsibility and long-term progression, we'd love to hear from you.
