We are looking for an Architect or Building Surveyor to join our Architecture team. You will work on a mix of conservation, rural estate and heritage projects, from historic building preservation to estate improvements and diversification schemes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building surveys, design and technical specifications
- Principal Designer (CDM), party wall, dilapidations, planned maintenance
- Contract administration and project monitoring
- Tenders, contracts and procurement
- Letters of Engagement, work specifications, statutory consents, contractor appointments
- Advice on conservation and historic/listed buildings

- Confidence managing client relationships
- Ability to build rapport and spot new opportunities
