Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or Team Leader looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? About You
We're looking for someone with:

- Experience managing or developing engineering teams
- A practical, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- The confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food manufacturing standards (desirable)
