A leading horticultural grower is looking for a practical, hands-on Line Leader / Machine Setter to support the production of young crop plants. This role sits at the centre of a fast-moving propagation environment, where precision, care, and technical confidence with machinery are essential.

The Role
You'll take ownership of a specialist production line used in the preparation and handling of young plants. Alongside the technical side, you'll be responsible for maintaining quality, supporting basic maintenance, and coordinating with colleagues to keep the wider growing process flowing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting horticultural production machinery
