About the Role
You will have a variety of responsibilities ranging from ensuring all work is carried out and completed with full awareness of Health & Safety policies, managing maintenance schedules, assisting in the development of packing plans to optimise technology, and helping the Packhouse Manager recruit and manage the wider team. You will work closely with the Packhouse Manager to ensure that the Packhouse operates at maximum effectiveness. This includes organizing and scheduling production, shifts, and staffing levels throughout the business.
