The Job

You’ll support the Grower Manager in all aspects of day-to-day growing on a large-scale soft fruit site. You’ll gain hands-on experience in crop walking, irrigation, pest and disease monitoring, and biological control. You’ll use Priva systems to monitor climate, water use, EC, and pH, learning how to adjust for optimal plant health. You’ll assist with tunnel preparation and planting, including spacing, planting depth, and early-stage crop protection. You’ll help maintain accurate growing records, spray logs, and traceability paperwork for audit compliance.
