We\’re working with a well regarded Fresh Produce business looking to recruit a Account manager to join its commercial team. This role is focused on managing key retail customers, delivering sales growth, and aligning activity with wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business plans for designated customers Manage forecasting, procurement, and production planning in line with sales budgets Monitor market trends and customer strategies to identify new opportunities Propose and deliver customer activity plans including promotions and NPD Work closely with technical teams to meet customer requirements Prepare and submit seasonal tenders Support the Sales Director in developing and delivering strategic plans Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing major retail accounts Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Commercially astute with a good understanding of retail and FMCG sectors Excellent analytical and organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels A proactive and results-driven approach This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their sales career with a well-regarded business.
