We're working with a well regarded Fresh Produce business looking to recruit an Account Manager to join its commercial team. This role is focused on managing key retail customers, delivering sales growth, and aligning activity with wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans for designated customers
  • Manage forecasting, procurement, and production planning in line with sales budgets
  • Monitor market trends and customer strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Propose and deliver customer activity plans including promotions and NPD
  • Work closely with technical teams to meet customer requirements
  • Prepare and submit seasonal tenders
  • Support the Sales Director in developing and delivering strategic plans
