The Role
A large-scale FMCG food manufacturer is expanding its engineering team with 2 Electrical Engineers and 1 Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Electrical or mechanical fault finding on production machinery
- Breakdown response and repair
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Basic PLC diagnostics (no programming required)
- Supporting uptime and continuous improvement
Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Day shifts between approx. 06:00-18:00 (rotating starts such as 06:00-15:00 / 07:00-16:00) Overtime available
Pay
£17.30 - £20.19 per hour Approx. £42,000 equivalent Overtime available
Qualifications
- Electrical or mechanical maintenance experience (role dependent)
- FMCG / food / high-volume manufacturing background
- Strong fault-finding ability under pressure
- UK right to work required (no sponsorship available)
