The Role
As Technical Director, you will take ownership of the company's Food Safety, Legality, Quality, Innovation, and Sustainability agendas. You will work closely with customers, packhouses, third-party packers, and suppliers to ensure the highest standards are met across all sites. Your leadership will be key in driving the technical strategy while maintaining strong relationships with retailers, growers, and suppliers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior technical role within the fresh produce sector
- Strong background in supplier & grower management
- Excellent understanding of retailer requirements & auditing processes - experience working for a retailer is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience in sustainability strategies and technical innovation
