This role is ideal for experienced horticultural professionals seeking a leadership role in a wholesale plant nursery environment. This company offers a fast-paced working environment and plenty of opportunities for professional growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Your daily focus will be to lead and motivate a team of horticultural professionals. Reporting directly to the Nursery Manager, you’ll receive and execute daily instructions, leading a team of individuals to complete a variety of tasks around the nursery. These tasks could include anything from potting to health and safety training, so a natural aptitude for team leadership is essential. What you’ll need: You’ll already have a strong passion for an understanding of horticulture, preferably in a commercial setting. A recognised horticultural qualification is desirable, but not essential. Your Pesticide Application Certificates will also be a big advantage, but don’t worry if you don’t have these, this company are open to putting the right person through their training.
