What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire the plant team
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Buy exciting stock from UK & international suppliers
- Keep the department looking fantastic
- Drive sales, manage budgets, and reduce wastage
- Oversee plant husbandry - watering, quality, pests & diseases
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
