The Opportunity
- Take full ownership of the day‑to‑day café operation
- Lead, motivate and develop the front and back of house team

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Café Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Independent café or garden centre café background preferred
- Hands‑on leader with a positive and approachable management style
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with stock control, ordering and rota management
- Chef or kitchen experience essential – able to cover the kitchen when required
- Passionate about customer service and team culture
