A well-established business is looking for an experienced and energetic Warehouse Despatch Manager to lead operations at its busy Paignton site. This opportunity is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality service. The Role
- Leading day-to-day despatch operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
- Managing and developing warehouse teams across multiple functions.
- Overseeing goods-out processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
- Maintaining stock integrity through effective systems use and regular checks.
- Driving continuous improvement across workflow, productivity, and safety.
- Working closely with production, customer service, and the wider logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly.

- Proven experience in warehouse or despatch management, ideally within FMCG, Food/Fresh Produce, or high-volume fulfilment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence using warehouse systems and working with performance data.
- A background in Continuous Improvement projects would be ideal.
- A solid understanding of health & safety standards and best practice.
