Our client is a well established organisation operating within a fast paced food manufacturing setting, and is now looking for an Infor M3 expert to take ownership of their ERP system.
Main Responsibilities
- Acting as the Infor M3 expert across the business
- Working closely with users to solve problems and improve processes
- Gathering requirements and delivering ERP enhancements
- Developing and maintaining BI and operational reporting (Infor M3, Crystal Reports, Excel)
- Owning data, ETL processes and ERP system administration
- Managing ERP security, access and system releases
- Supporting, training and developing users at all levels
- Maintaining EDI and API integrations
- Influencing stakeholders to drive standardisation and best practice
Required
- Strong, hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP (essential)
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Background supporting and enhancing ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
- Experience producing BI and management reporting (Crystal Reports, Excel, ERP reporting tools)
- Solid understanding of SQL and ERP database administration
- Experience working with EDI and API integrations
- Confident working with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
- A practical, approachable and collaborative working style
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help users get the best from the system
Location Tiptree (hybrid set up)
