This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a progressive agricultural operation, working across a range of machinery and equipment to keep the farm running efficiently through every season. The Role: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of farm machinery, vehicles, and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults Ensure equipment is serviced and ready ahead of key seasonal operations (drilling, harvest, etc.) Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts stock Work closely with the farm team to minimise downtime during critical periods Some fabrication and welding work as required What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an engineer within agriculture, plant, or a related mechanical field Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills Welding and fabrication experience desirable A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently Full UK driving licence What's on Offer: Competitive salary, dependent on experience Opportunity to work with modern machinery and equipment A stable, long-term role within a well-run agricultural business Genuine variety - no two days the same Based near Ipswich, this role would suit someone local to Suffolk or within a comfortable commuting distance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
