This well-established and forward-thinking business is looking for a Garden Sundries Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the department and deliver an excellent customer experience.
This isn’t your typical Garden Sundries Supervisor role. No two days are the same, and you’ll enjoy a varied, hands-on position within a large, successful business. You’ll be involved in maintaining high retail standards, supporting sales, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and friendly service throughout the garden sundries department.
Responsibilities:- You’ll help supervise a team of up to 4-5 colleagues during peak trading periods, with a smaller team off-season.
- You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining strong merchandising standards, and supporting the smooth running of the department.
