A hands-on field engineering role keeping beer dispense systems running properly across a patch of pubs where things only get urgent when they stop working. You'll be out in a van most days, moving between sites, making sure beer is stored, cooled and dispensed correctly. When it isn't, you fix it. Quickly, calmly, and usually while someone tells you it "worked fine yesterday".

What's in it for you:

  • Real career progression with structured training and development pathways
  • Access to one of the UK's leading apprenticeship and skills programmes
  • 33% discount for you and 15% for friends and family across food and drink brands
  • 50% hotel discount and 25% for family and friends on stays
  • Free employee assistance programme covering mental, financial and legal wellbeing support
  • Wagestream access to earned pay before payday
  • Retail discounts including up to 30% off Superdrug and mobile deals
  • £1,500 referral bonus for successful introductions

What you'll do:

  • Service, maintain and repair beer dispense systems across multiple pubs
  • Diagnose and fix faults with cooling, pressure and line systems
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and routine hygiene checks
  • Calibrate systems to ensure correct temperature, flow and quality
  • Respond to breakdowns on site and get things working again
  • Support pub teams with practical training and guidance

What you need:

  • Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience (or similar hands-on technical work)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Good communication with non-technical teams
  • Full UK driving licence

The role in reality:

You're the person who keeps the beer flowing properly across a patch of pubs. Most days are routine maintenance and problem solving. Some days are "everything has stopped working and we've got a function in two hours". It's practical engineering, real responsibility, and a job where you fix things people actually notice when they go wrong.
