It is ideal for someone to move from a shop floor role and grow their skill set.

What's the job?

  • Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you'll support the day‑to‑day running of operations, ensuring stock accuracy, smooth pick and pack processes, and strong communication across the site.

The Role in Reality

This is not a purely desk‑based role. While accuracy and systems are key, you will also be expected to be hands‑on, particularly during busy periods. Peak season especially in the run‑up to Christmas is significantly busier, and flexibility will be required. Outside of peak, standard hours are typically 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

What do I need?

  • Experience in a food warehouse environment, ideally within pick and pack operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems and translating orders into operational plans.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
