We're on the lookout for a Customer Technologist who knows their way around fresh produce and isn't afraid to get stuck into the detail. This is a role where you'll be right at the heart of the action-linking customers, growers, and internal teams to keep standards high and products even higher.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the go-to technical contact for a key retail customer
- Turn data into insight - analysing KPIs & spotting trends
- Use QMS systems to drive continuous improvement
- Own complaints reporting & recommend real solutions
- Support artwork & label approvals
- Get out on-site with grower visits
- Keep customer specs accurate and audit-ready
- Collaborate across Technical, Commercial, NPD & Supply Chain
- Play your part in customer business plans & projects
