Skilled Maintenance Gardener
Location: West London, W7
Pay: £130-£180 per day DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm
Employment: Permanent role, paid on a self-employed day rate

A well established landscaping business is looking for a Gardener / Maintenance Gardener to join its team, working predominantly across residential gardens in West London.

You'll work alongside an experienced Head Gardener, carrying out regular garden maintenance and helping to keep sites looking their best throughout the year.

They're open on experience level, so this could suit someone fairly junior with a good grounding in gardening, or a more experienced gardener looking for a long-term position with progression prospects and training available.

What you'll be doing:

• General garden maintenance across residential gardens
• Hedge cutting, pruning, tidying and general garden care
• Identifying plants and weeds and working confidently around established planting
• Working alongside the Head Gardener as part of a small team
• Some planting and turfing where required

What we're looking for:

• Practical gardening and horticultural experience
• Comfortable using basic garden machinery, including hedge cutters
• Good plant awareness and an understanding of general garden maintenance
• Reliable, hard working and comfortable working as part of a team
• A driving licence would be useful but isn't essential
• Ideally based within reasonable travelling distance of W7 due to the 7am start

This is a permanent, year-round position with consistent Monday-Friday work.
