An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Rural Surveyor / Director to join a growing Estate Management team based in Salisbury. This is a senior role for someone looking to combine strategic estate management, client development and business growth, while playing a key part in the development of a regional rural team.

The Role

  • Managing and developing relationships with a diverse portfolio of rural estate clients
  • Providing strategic and practical estate management advice
  • Growing the Estate Management service across Wiltshire, Dorset and North Somerset

  • The ability to lead, mentor and develop others
  • A relevant professional qualification such as MRICS or equivalent
