What's the job?

You’ll be based at Rhino's display site within RHS Bridgewater, engaging with visitors and guiding them through a consultative sales journey. This is about understanding what the customer wants to achieve and helping them choose the right solution; whether that's growing their own food, creating a lifestyle space, or investing in their garden.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Speaking with customers and building rapport.
  • Demonstrating products and explaining their quality and design.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right greenhouse.
  • Working towards sales and revenue targets.
  • Capturing enquiries and supporting follow‑up conversations.
  • Keeping the display area looking professional and welcoming.
