What's the job?
You’ll be based at Rhino's display site within RHS Bridgewater, engaging with visitors and guiding them through a consultative sales journey. This is about understanding what the customer wants to achieve and helping them choose the right solution; whether that's growing their own food, creating a lifestyle space, or investing in their garden.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Speaking with customers and building rapport.
- Demonstrating products and explaining their quality and design.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right greenhouse.
- Working towards sales and revenue targets.
- Capturing enquiries and supporting follow‑up conversations.
- Keeping the display area looking professional and welcoming.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
What do you need?
