The Role
Our client is seeking specialists in valuation, as well as those interested in a blended role covering Landlord and Tenant issues, Access and Rights, Valuation, and Rural Consultancy. The successful candidates will work with a diverse range of clients, offering strategic advice and consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting Red Book Valuations for various purposes, including tax, trust advice, loan security, financial reporting, and expert witness services.
- Advising private clients on access and rights issues.
- Providing strategic advice to agricultural landlords and tenants, including rent reviews and tenancy assignments.
- Collaborating with market-leading agency and research teams.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Skills
- MRICS/AssocRICS and/or FAAV qualified, though candidates part-way through their APC/ATC will also be considered.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle conflict and provide resolutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Commercially aware with a flexible approach.
