The Role

Our client is seeking specialists in valuation, as well as those interested in a blended role covering Landlord and Tenant issues, Access and Rights, Valuation, and Rural Consultancy. The successful candidates will work with a diverse range of clients, offering strategic advice and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting Red Book Valuations for various purposes, including tax, trust advice, loan security, financial reporting, and expert witness services.
  • Advising private clients on access and rights issues.
  • Providing strategic advice to agricultural landlords and tenants, including rent reviews and tenancy assignments.
  • Collaborating with market-leading agency and research teams.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Skills

  • MRICS/AssocRICS and/or FAAV qualified, though candidates part-way through their APC/ATC will also be considered.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict and provide resolutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to prioritise tasks under pressure.
  • Commercially aware with a flexible approach.
