This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential Southeast territory, growing established customers while developing new opportunities across a diverse account base. The Role- Manage and grow existing Trade & Garden Centre accounts.
- Build strong commercial relationships - long-term partnership selling.
- Achieve sales targets across a wide account base - you won’t get bored.
- Ensure product ranges, POS and merchandising are on point in store.
- Work closely with National Accounts to support activations and campaigns.
- Keep CRM and reporting up to date - planning your own diary effectively.
- Attend occasional shows, sales meetings, and trade events throughout the year.
You’ll be supported by a highly experienced leadership team, strong marketing department, and office-based colleagues who help keep things moving.
About You- Experienced in Builders' Merchants OR Garden Centre channels.
- A natural communicator with solid negotiation skills.
- Organised and commercially aware - can manage volume accounts effectively.
- Confident presenting products and solutions to trade customers.
- Self-motivated with the drive to hit targets and boost territory performance.
- Open to learning; full training provided on products and systems.
