The Role
- You will take full ownership of a designated production line, managing a small team of operatives to ensure high-volume orders are met safely and efficiently.
- Lead from the Front: Manage the performance, engagement, and training of your direct reports.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs, reduce product waste, and ensure "right first-time" processing.
- Technical Ownership: Set up and run fast-paced machinery while ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
