About the Role

We\'re looking for an expereinced Production Supervisor from a horticulture background. You will oversee sticking, trimming/gapping, and seasonal hanging basket production within the nursery. You\'ll plan workloads, manage staffing, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality and stock accuracy. A big part of the role is driving efficiency by maximising automation and maintaining high standards across production.
